Raffle Official Rules

Location: Frontier Mall  Cheyenne, Wyoming

Sale Dates: March 7, 8, 14, & 15, 2026

Sponsor: Cheyenne Schools Foundation (CSF)

Purpose

To raise funds that support educational programs and classroom grants benefiting students and teachers in Laramie County School District #1.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and
  • Physically located in Wyoming at the time of purchase.

CSF board members and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Ticket Pricing

Raffle tickets are sold at the following prices:

  • $5 for one (1) ticket                   
  • $20 for five (5) tickets

Tickets may be purchased:

  • With cash from an authorized CSF representative, or
  • Via PayPal using the QR code provided at the event

Prize

  • The winner will receive 50% of the total raffle proceeds collected. 
  • The remaining 50% will be retained by CSF to support educational initiatives.
    • The amount of the prize will depend on total ticket sales.

Drawing

  • The drawing will take place between 12:00pm and 2:00pm at the book sale location on 3/15/2026.
  • One ticket number will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be announced at the event.
  • The winner need not to be present to win, provided valid contact information has been supplied.
  • If the winner is not present, the winner will be contacted using the information provided.

Prize Claim

  • The winner must provide valid identification confirming they are 18 years of age or older.
  • Prize distribution arrangements will be coordinated with the winner after the drawing.

Taxes and Reporting

  • The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
  • CSF may issue appropriate tax documentation if required by law.

General Conditions

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these official rules.
  • The Cheyenne Schools Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
